When EN started, Ina had a dedicated moderator called AO-chan that she was clearly very friendly with. Nobody else had one like that. Cover doesn't tend to let you just mod your friends and have them talk in chat. Certainly not under kayfabe since that could damage Hololive's image. Furthermore, IRyS's intro test was unintentionally left public instead of being a private stream. In the chat we could see AO-chan with another manager. A random friend, or even a talent for an un-debuted gen, wouldn't have been in that chat. AO-chan must be staff.
Consider the following:
>Ina and AO-chan used to banter back and forth like old friends
>During one of Ina's draw streams AO-chan went into details on the usage of the lasso tool; showing a clear knowledge of art programs
>During Sana's draw stream, she joked about how people always misuse the lasso tool
>Omega and AO-chan both have the same snide writing styles
>Sana plays FF14 with Ina
>Omega tries to get everyone to play FF14
>Omega doesn't "debut" for a long time into EN, but people say they were there from the start
>Omega is clearly a cringe chuuni who wants to involve themselves in all the lore
>AO-chan is who Ina's lore was built around
>AO-chan disappeared a few weeks before Council debuted, but showed up one last time shortly before Sana's debut
Now for the rrat:
Sana was AO-chan, so she has a history of self-inserts. Eventually, being on the sidelines as a mysterious all-powerful entity wasn't enough for her anymore. She decided to join in on the latest cringe lore she had written and debut as a vtuber herself. She even left a hint: Sana's lore says that she serves the Ancient Ones. She forced herself into the gen and eventually couldn't handle juggling 3 jobs: Artist, Hololive Manager/Producer and Vtuber. Omega's twitter account went radio silent in January, aside from a few retweets. Now, after Sana announces graduation, we suddenly get proof of life. Why wasn't Sana streaming? The same reason she was allowed to get away with breaking contractual streaming requirements until the end: She was busy working on Tempus. Why is Tempus allowed to debut during Sana's graduation mourning period? They are her project and she doesn't mind the overlap. The reason she didn't seem all that concerned during the graduation announcement is because she's just stopping her Vtuber activities. She's still got her real jobs. The Vtubing was just for fun, and none of this is even a goodbye for her. Sana was never Ina's nepotism hire. Ina was Sana's.
