>Gameplay-wiseIt's your standard Pokemon battle-system. I really liked having the game's titular Legendaries be a part of the overall story and be your travelling companion. Reminded me of playing Skyrim. The picnic mechanic was cute but I wished the animations for eating your sandwich wasn't so bare bones. 7/10 too.
>Story-wiseThere is a lot, I can say that much. The three main story split up between Nemona, Arden and Penny is something I haven't seen been done in Pokemon before so I was fairly surprised by that. Nemona felt very possessive, Arden's a bro but got some baggage and Penny is cute. I'd definitely say it's above SwSh's story. 8/10.
>tldrFelt refreshing. After not playing Pokemon games since Sun and Moon, this actually felt like Gamefreak did something different. Again though, the performance was trash in certain areas and I certain camera and clipping issues kept popping up. Overall, 88/10.
