I've been loving the new Heman classics line, which is practically the original 80's line but with updated articulation.
So, wouldnt it be sweet if has/tak or a 3rd party tried to do the same thing? Like take a classic g1 shell, of same, optimus prime or bumblebee, and change the internals?
And I know we've got modern representations of every fucking normie g1 bot, im talking literally take the g1 bumblebee toy, make a 1:1 replica of the alt mode, and add modern joints, articulation and paint. You'd probably have to fudge a bit, maybe add a joint or two, but stick to the original toy altmode design as much as possible, die-cast and all.
I dont know... maybe i'll draw up a concept later. Feel free to destroy me in the comments if you feel the need to. I just had to get this thought out on "paper". Thanks for reading.
