>>4198504I will literally never stop seething over how the DM took the decent campaign that was only getting better up to the fourth and/or fifth arc, and fucking railroaded the FUCK out of it near the end, to the point of running a FLASHBACK ARC in a ROLE-PLAYING GAME THAT WAS DONE TO RETROFIT ALL OF THE CHARACTER'S SPONTANEOUS MEMORABLE MOMENTS INTO FORESHADOWING OF THEIR "TRUE SELVES"
And then the next arc, in the new system, I dropped it forever when one of the players rolled to control a fire that the DM wanted to burn down a cabin, and got a PERFECT ROLL, and the DM said he controlled the fire SO WELL, that it GOT OUT OF CONTROL AND BURNED THE CABIN DOWN.
