If they're hanging out in a castle over Christmas, you've got a few options for non-combatants that could be interacting with the troops in various vignettes around the area:
>civilian staff>motor pool mechanics>POWs>local villagers>visiting bureaucrats>officer POWs>dogs, cats, etc.If you don't want to have yellowfigs in it, you could just ali some more fleshies and swap their parts out.
