if you dont know TDM means "teitoshin deformed mascot", lit. "deformed mascot with a ~1:1 head to body ratio."
the "teitoshin" part doesnt matter too much though, you can draw things with bigger bodies, as long if it fits the "aesthetic", basically just hyperstylized cute eastern inspired designs
