The E6100 drive unit on my Shimano bike died and the bike shop had to replace it under warranty. I was sweating bullets because I used a derestrictor dongle with it. Luckily it all got approved and they even replaced it with an E7000 which is a better model.

Still haven't decided if I'll put the dongle on the new motor. I like long rides but for stuff in town it's very rare that I go faster than 32 km/h.
