Avatar Toys: Best Dad edition

these figures are great. The third movie made me a huge fan of Quarrich - easily the best character-you can watch these basically for him.
Quaritch is like...i don't know... Like Megatron. The "bad dad"-character (if people like Optimus are good father figures Quaritch is the badass bad dad-figure)

i didn't have them all but ordered them. can't wait to start collecting my little Quaritch collection - him in Mech and him on that flying bird-thing

absolute state of slopdai

Toji was literally the only figure I was looking forward to and now I had to cancel it. I can't even imagine how scammed I would have felt if it didn't leak. They want 100$ for this....

This is it.

NEVER again will I preorder from slopdai. Nothing but garbage and scams. Worst import line. Worst QC. Fucking embarrassing to shit something this bad out, fully knowing how much people wanted it. FUCK Bandai.

I dont want to ruin a general, so ill post it outside. I've fucking had it with Lego. It's never the prices that bother me, it's the fact that their builds comparably suck to what Mega Construx has done better. For the latter, we get better, more posable minifigs, distinctive bricks and parts, and much cleaner builds that do as much to avoid relying on part reuse. Lego's minifigs are the same 5poa shits and still use parts that are are only versatile because they HAVE to be, resulting in a blocky inaccurate mess that pays little tribute to its source.

My dad made me lose my teddy bear when I was 9. We were staying at a hotel for a function held by one of his friends, and on the morning of checkout, he threw a tantrum because there were ants in his Saab. In the chaos, the room didn't get checked thoroughly enough and it got left behind.

I can't find any photos of it, so I don't know what brand or model it was.

I'm sure most millennials/x-ers from dysfunctional families have stories like this. Why do we let boomers get away with it.

Blokees

No.11657092 View ViewReplyLast 50OriginalReport
Blokees have been making great strides lately and making good use of their licenses. What does /toy/ think of them? I find their rate of growth quite impressive especially for the quality of their pseudo-model kit figures.

Blokees: Based or Cringe

No.11672474 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
I don't understand how we all agree we hate blind boxes, but then go on to worship blokees. Was blokees simply the first good blind box, or will transformers collectors literally buy anything?
