I injured my spine at work and in a few years I'll most likely will end up fully disabled and unable to hike. I've been hiking so much, even if I'm in pain, I can't wait until winter to finally start hiking up all these fun mountains I've always been afraid of. I seriously think I might push it a little too far this time around and not make it back. My plan is to hike throughout the Catskills, then head to the Adirondacks, and then finish in the White Mountains in a single winter.
