Some phones no longer rely solely on ai processing to take great pictures

Phones like the Vivo x100 ultra has a 1inch sensor, so the hardware does most of the job.

Cheaper mirrorless cameras are definitely outdated now

Did I broke my camera?

No.4426460 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Hey, so I just found this camera my mom used to have, and while testing/playing with it, this happened. I don't know if it's normal or not.

As you can see, the mirror just disappeared (well, it went all the way up). What does this mean?
This happened when I pulled a lever that I later found out is a "Depth-of-field Preview Lever." I was testing the focus and pulled this lever, then all of a sudden, everything went black. I removed the lens and noticed that the mirror is no longer there. Is it stuck?

I've already tried shooting, pulling the film advance lever, rewinding the film (there is no film), and nothing happens...

Doctor, what does my son have?
Hope you can give me a hand. Please. Thanks!

So I wanted to check how a Voigtländer compares to a Leica

No.4426359 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
So off to youtube i went. Watched a video, found out that the lenses are pretty much identical except for maybe some more chromatic aberration in certain lighting conditions on the Voigtländer.
OK, so let's see what the comment section has to say about the optics.
>It is filled with people talking about the aesthetics of the lens and how it looks attached to the camera.

Not your average request

NYAR: https://www.reddit.com/r/GriefSupport/comments/18koh0n/the_leaves_of_the_sakura_blow_away/ --

My online who passed away on october 13th, 2023 was the best person who could've ever been in my life before that fateful day, she was an angel, far more moral than who I may be. She was a survivor in the purest way possible, going through all kinds of abuse and she still managed to put smiles on other's faces; sakura was what any motherless teen could dream of and now I am at her age when she passed (16), yet i never knew how impactful a person could be in such a short amount of time. Although the grieving is long over and I have talked to her supposed father on discord, I still can't help but wonder what else could lie behind the screen. What is further behind the lines? Who is this girl who I once spoke to? All but a mystery

What current film stocks have great vibrant colors and don't make white and asian skin tones look gross and weird?

Kodak Vision 3 250D

No.4425326 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
i'm thinking of getting the 400ft Kodak 250D roll but i am not sure how to handle it.
I did use lots of bulk film and bulk loaded 100ft only until now.
I thought of rolling it down on a spool (approximately 100ft) and put the original roll back in safe place.
I was also asking myself, does the remjet actually fall off the film that could land inside my camera ?
My plan was to shoot alot then use baking soda or whatever the new trick is and develop
in patches.
will appreciate any advice thank's !

ps.: i will order it from a distributor from Czech Rep
for 381,15€ inc 21%vat
