What are some mirrorless bodies that are comfortable for larger hands?

I don't have any camera stores near me and the last time I held one was in the DSLR age.
Mainly interested in full frame.

It is located right next to where your thumb naturally rests, making changes quick and easy, but where do they put it on their full frame models? Where your palm rests instead, making you change your grip when adjusting settings, not ergonomic or intuitive at all. So why do they keep this silly design from the dlsrosaur era? Because boomer autists would throw a fit if they moved it, so instead of being innovative they stick to an antiquated design.
