Despite having a long history with pc's, I've never really used smartphones.

I just got my first Android phone so I could emulate games on a train.
The experience has been mostly horrible, every app being riddled with ads. I tried a few PS2 emulators and after that my web browser has been opening casino sites and shit even on sites that shouldn't do that.
Like, I click an archive.org link and it takes me to a fuckin casino. My web browser is DuckDuckGo.
Being new to Android I have no idea how to scan and fix malware issues. I'd rather not reset to manufacturer settings.

No matter how hard I look, I still think it looks like '10s anime.

First of all, I'm not a science guy so please explain in a way which is not too hard to understand.
I was watching some pacific rim videos and I wondered why the giant robot seemed to move slowly...
Is there some "science" which says this should happen?
I mean, in movies like "Antz", when they see the humans walk, it seems to move in slow motion too... and I remember how some discovery channel videos showed how flies were able to flee from getting slapped by humans because they perceived it in slow motion too.
Also, there was this teacher I had, who criticized the old TV series "Land of the Giants" because he said that the bone structure of the giants would need to be really hard (he used other words, but I was bad at physics so I can't exactly remember), and how it'd be impossible for that to happen. This may be some other question but.. wouldn't it be possible for the giants to have "giant cells" too, so their molecules would also be big and they would be governed by other gravity principles or something like that?

basically everytime i turn off my monitor or computer or both, i can't turn it on again unless i unplug and plug the plugs many many times over and over again until the monitor's working, it' so random and only happens when i turn off the pc for long periods, if i turn it off and go to toilet for 10 minutes it would boot well and normally, but i turn it off and go to bed for hours or go outside for an hour, it won't boot normally again at all, i would have to unplug and plug the plugs many times to have a chance for it to boot normally,
