I think it reminds me of those old DOS games, I thought of daggerfall, but after listening to a supposed complete ost, nothing like that appeared, I remember it started like the start, and then after repeating the same 4 notes 4 times, it switched to other 4 notes (maybe the terms I'm using are wrong, I have no actual musical theory knowledge).
Anyone else knows if there's some other music (most likely from some game) that sounds like this?

maybe around early 2024 or 2025 I found this song on youtube, but it was deleted around a few months later
the video was a cartoon stylized animation which looped, the animation had 3 slav 1990s hitmen looking guys in the car driving around
all of them were waving pistols and had ski masks on, and were wearing colorful jackets
the driver had one hand on the steering wheel and had his gun and left arm hanging out the car
the passenger had his gun raised and pointing to the roof, and his face was elongated
the third was the biggest and was riding the car from the back by the looks of it, his body sticking out of the car
each of them were, I want to say they moved in rythem with the song playing but I'm not sure

now for the song this may be hard to decribe because it was a EDM type of song
the only thing I can remember verbatim is in the begin of the song they used sample from a news report which was in english saying "...the bodies were mutilated beyond recognition...."

Trying to find a song/video. Late 2000s Early 2010s I think. The song was an instrumental with no lyrics. I think the video was monochrome with a brown or beige. It was a side view of what I think was a savannah or plains with some animated creatures that would hop to the side as if going somewhere to a rhythm. My memory makes me think it was simplistic in style like patapon, but did not have any "eyes" or features like patapon. I think it might have been featured in a rhythm game but I'm not sure it was.
