Any tips to a hiking trip to Norway?
I'd be arriving in Oslo. But from there I've got no clue what to do.

Homestead + Farm General

Livestock Guard Dog Edition
Anything to do with homestead/farm life.

I bought this Anatolian Shepherd today to be a guard dog to my goats. My brother's dogs killed two of the goat's kids this year and I had to get him. His name is Io. Anyone have any useful information to share about raising and keeping LGDs? Me and the wife are going to keep him in the house with us for a week or two while taking him out to the goats and chickens daily and then move him out there with the goats. Think it will be hard to move him out there, we are already very attached to each-other, but will still spend lots of time with him.
I took him to the goat pen today and the goats were very curious and cautious but he was fearlessly interested in them and you can tell they have blood memory to be around these animals and protect them. His parents were absolute monsters so I'm expecting him to turn out huge. Hope he smites whatever comes into that goat pen.

How to build/restore a trail

No.2815308 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
>look up the question on reddit
>"ERM WELL THE FIRST STEP IS TO GET PERMISSION FROM THE LANDOWNER"
>doesn't actually answer the fucking question
So I'm asking here. How do you build a trail through shitty overgrown woodland? This is my local fishing hole and it's been neglected for a few years so it's been overgrown with all sorts of shit like rose bushes and honeysuckle. Looks like pic related. Power or gas tools aren't an option unfortunately.

Do I really just have to brute force my way with hedgeclippers and loppers?

Walked on Saint James way
Saint Mickael way
Saint Martin way
All cathedrals in Rome (autostop and train)
Luuc pilgrimage
Saint Wendelinus way

And I plan to go to Rome and then Medjugorje this summer (bicycle).

Also I need advices : I only have ten days maximum between Rome and Bari and I want to take some time to visit so I'm thinking about skipping a part by train.
Which part is the least interesting ?
