Please for the love of God tell me there’s a chink shit alternative or someplace that sells these at cheaper prices. Or better yet, an alternative for stealth camping

This has to be the most subhuman behavior in the hiking community. It's orders of magnitude worse than boombox hikers although I'm sure there's some overlap there.
I've been hiking in this one park for over ten years and the last 2 weeks I've seen an unprecedented amount of trash someone else left behind. Water bottles, cigarette butts, food wrappers etc. I took it upon myself to clean up what I could (yes I did it for free) and filled up 2 plastic bags worth of trash both last Friday and today. This is a 5.5 mile loop that I'm used to seeing maybe 1 or 2 bottles on. I usually assume it was dropped by accident and take it with me without thinking much of it.
There are trash and recycling bins at the fucking trailhead. Some people apparently just can't be fucked to carry their trash for 2 hours. It's not just an eyesore it's terrible for the ecosystem that surrounds the trail.
I'm not sure what to do. Maybe if I talk to the park office they'll pay me money to clean up the trails.

>starts raining hard, outside under a tarp so everybody is dry.
>gets dark so we go into tent.
>tent is fucking flooding.

>still try to go to sleep but cant because cold water is dripping on my head for hours.
>doesnt stop raining.
>eventually its 2am and someone gets a flash flood warning on my phone.
>look outside tent
>fucking river of water outside.
>tell everyone we need to gtfo.
>hill we can drive up i think.
head to other side of campsite in my under soaking wet with gun in left hand and flashlight in the right.
>try to find others, they were already in there car ready to go.
>all drive up the hill in different cars
>head back down after an hour. its about 2am now.
>nothing is dry anymore.
>mfw when if i had checked the weather like I was asked before going camping this could have all been avoided.

Any car dwellers here?
What’s your car and setup? Or what would be if you were to do it.
I’ve been in the Prius for 2 years now, but I’m kind of wanting a 4Runner, it’s just the gas bit kills me for them.
I was also considering an Outback

What are some good places to hike/camp here? I can drive.
Is it ever possible to end mass clear cut logging and restore some of the natural forest?
I’m specifically talking about the PNW where it’s clear cut and tree farms as far as the eye can see.
As beautiful as rainier and the redwoods are, it really detracts from the experience when you have to drive through hundreds of miles of clear cut just to get to the parks
I know it will take hundreds of years for the old growth level coastal forests to regenerate but will the process ever be started?
