You can get a 2nd hand waterproof compact camera like TG-4 or TG-5 with that budget.
TG-5 apparently can take 4K video. (Dunno good or bad.)

Guy says you can't do the FoV math with different aspect ratios, so here's a chart with the FoV math using different aspect ratios, GFX (4:3) and FF (3:2)
For example, to match 80mm on GFX, while using FF, you'd want:
>a 63mm if comparing diagonal FoV
>a 58mm if you were to then crop the FF image to 4:3
>a 66mm lens if you were cropping the GFX image to 3:2
The FoV math doesn't stop just because you have a different aspect ratio, and that image is about FoV equivalency, not just sensor ratios

Chinese lens manufacturing is kinda cool. Some of the companies have probably helped tame the insane vintage lens market to some degree and I am sure it has lowered the prices for cinema lenses.
In many cases they are better optically too than over-hyped vintage stuff plus you have the added bonus of not having to deal with all the issues that comes with old lenses.
Those companies that use the brand name of old legacy glass and charge over $1000 for some reissue can go suck a lemon though.

In my country there are a few very expensive services how do this.
BUT there is also a few labs that let you rent a room with an enlarger, chemicals etc. for an hour or two to do it yourself.

I have bought an old Durst Enlarger + literally all the crap you need to do it at home from some guy on a local marketplace for 100 euros.

Theres lots of courses still being held and learning through internet/reading is still possible.

Yeah. He's half a second away from sitting in the gutter. I'd just taken a burst of a friend coming from the other way. But he was just turning in. While my camera is saving that I hear this other dude ripping it. So I swing around, point the camera where I think he'll be and hit the shutter just in case I get something. The dude bins it and comes sliding across a lane and onto the shoulder, had to jump outta the way of his bike. The dude was fine. I went home, got my van, and helped haule his bike home. I was 100% sure I'd missed the shot and had to check the exif data to be sure it really came out of my camera.
So, I guess it literally was an accident.

Had the same error on a Tamron EF 90mm macro. There was nothing visibly wrong with it, so I sent it back with a warranty claim. I've read several people have had problems with Tamron lenses on EF.
