Since they've shown it is capable of sustained flight in PLA, how long until they give it Fly? I feel it would be a Dragapult situation where the only strong physical STAB is has on its secondary type has the drawback of a wind-up turn.
Also it deserves at least one of either Wave Crash, Flip Turn, and Aqua Jet. Any speculation on what would happen to its usage and the meta with any of those moves?
I know I usually don't post about my nuzlockes unless I'm beginning or ending them now but I wanted to tell you all about my battle against the gym leader of Ecruteak City Morty.
Before the battle while in his gym, Hoothoot evolved into Noctowl and Spinarak evolved into Ariados. The two newly evolved pokemon would be put to good use and turned what could have been a hard battle into a one sided battle. First Ariados used Shadow Sneak and killed Mortys Ghastly instantly and then did the same to his first Haunter which did land a Curse but all it meant was Ariados had to be returned and out came Noctowl who turned out to be a menace because Mortys Gengar did absolutely nothing to Noctowl, Gengar used Hypnosis but Noctowls Insomnia kept it awake and also managed to put Gengar to sleep with it's own Hypnosis. Then Noctowl made sure to use Reflect incase Gengar woke up and used Sucker Punch before annihilating Gengar with Confusion. As for the second and final Haunter, Noctowl did the same thing, Reflect, Hypnosis and Confusion, one Curse from Haunter did nothing and only contributed to Mortys defeat. This made me extremely happy.
I had lost four pokemon recently that could have been useful against Morty so I thought I was screwed, I'm happy that things turner out more than just fine against Morty.
